RQ Hartford saw Master Yi, Wuju Bladesman, finally victorious after making Top 8 in the previous two Regional Qualifiers. Factor was able to break through and take down the tournament in a way befitting the send off of the first rotation of Best-Of champions, with the coming arrival of Vendetta.

As announced previously, we are maintaining Best Of prizes for 3 set releases, which means Vendetta sees us no longer offering the prizes for Origins & Proving Ground Legends. They remain legal to play in the format if someone believes that one of those Legends offers the best choice against the metagame for winning the tournament, but we expect most players to shift to the available Best Of Legends.

This coming rotation did see some interesting shifts in the metagame of Hartford, such as Ahri seeing a spike in players as some Riftbounders decided to take their shot at the final RQ Best Of for her.
