Riftbound’s Latest 2026 Roadmap

Riftbound just keeps growing, and as it expands into French we thought it would be a great time to give you a new roadmap for the rest of the year. We have the next State of the Game coming in August, so we’ll have another update then, but with France’s events, we wanted them to be accounted for in the overall roadmap!

Have a look below for set release dates, Regional Qualifiers, Conventions, and everything else we can share about what’s coming up. You still will not find Regional Championship venue and dates here, hang in there for those coming soon.

Reminder: Plans change. This is current as of publication. Dates may shift, details may change, but we are doing our best to make this accurate. We may even come back and update it in the future.

May

  • 29th - French Origins launches
  • 29-Jul. 1st - RQ Vancouver - Canada hosts its first Regional Qualifier!
  • 29-Jul. 1st - 95 Kings of Fields Paris - French Riftbound demos, LGS vendors, a free play area and more!

June

  • 12-14th - RQ Utrecht - Riftbound enters the lands of stroopwafel and bicycles! Come, join us!
  • 19-21st - RQ Hartford - Hartford is one of the oldest cities in the US, having been settled in 1635. But we encourage players to bring their newest brews, not their oldest.
  • 20th - TFT Major Paris - Riftbound Demos, a Creator area, and more!
  • 22nd - Summoner Skirmish July window begins - The earliest players might participate in the Summoner Skirmish for July.
  • 26th - League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational - Taking place in Daejeon, South Korea. Riftbound will have a presence here.
  • 26-28th - EVO USA 2026 - Riot has both us and 2XKO attending this event. We’re excited to see how the community shows up! 

July

  • Mid-July - China’s Unleashed Major Tournament - The Major for Set 3 will take place in northern China.
  • 6th - Start of Vendetta previews
  • 9-12th - Japan Expo Paris - Another addition for our French community, we’ll be there! 
  • 8-19th - Festival Ludique International - Taking place in Parthenay, France. We’ll have demos and a free play area.
  • 24th - French Spiritforged and Unleashed Launch
  • 24-26th - Vendetta Pre-Rift - The global Pre-Rift weekend for Riftbound’s 4th set!
  • 24-26th - SDCC 2026 - This is just a little convention that we thought we’d have a booth presence at. 
  • 30-Aug. 2nd - Gen Con Indy - Come play Riftbound and plan to attend the Riftbound panel!
  • 31st - Vendetta Release - Both English and Chinese versions of Vendetta release together!

August

  • TBD - Exact date is still being finalized, but fans can expect our second State of the Game to happen in early August.
  • 21-23rd - RQ Barcelona - Riftbound shall see the top players of Riftbound descend on the beautiful city of Barcelona.
  • 26-30th - GamesCom Germany 2026 - Home to the tallest cathedral in the world, we’ll be bringing the Riftiest card game in the world to match.

September

  • 4-6th - RQ Singapore - As noted for Sydney, if you’re not attending, bear in mind the timezone difference when it comes to coverage from this event.
  • 4-6th - PAX West 2026 - We’ll be there with a booth and play opportunities, stay tuned for more info.
  • 21st - Radiance Previews Begin - Time to begin seeing what players will find inside Set 5!
  • 25-27th - RQ Los Angeles - The final Regional Qualifier of 2026, we had to bring it to Riot’s hometown.

October

  • Mid-October - China’s Vendetta Major Tournament
  • 1-4th - Frontline Gaming - Las Vegas Open - Is victory in the cards? 
  • 9-10th - EVO France - We’ll have a booth and play area at this event, along with a UVS shop, plus a free play for folks who want to battle between their EVO bouts.
  • 16-18th - Radiance Pre-Rift - The final Pre-Rift of 2026, with Riftbound’s 5th set.
  • 16-18th - PAX AUS 2026 - Penny for your Cards 2: Electric Boogaloo. 
  • 22-25th - Spiel Essen 2026 - More than 1700 new games debuted here in 2025. And this year? At least one more. 
  • 22-25th - Paris Games Week - Timed with the French release of Radiance, and French Riftbound reaching release parity with Chinese and English! Demos, Le Rift Tour’s finals, a shop, and a free play area.
  • 23rd - French Vendetta release
  • 23rd - Radiance releases - France reaches global parity with Riftbound’s fifth set!
  • 28- Nov 1 - Paris Games Week - This week we’ll honor Riftbound’s French launch, highlighting and celebrating France’s exciting tournament and LGS communities with a special celebration of Riftbound. 

November

  • 6-8th - Tabletop.me 2026 - We’re excited to be at the Middle East’s first board game convention. 
  • 27-29th - Dreamhack Stockholm (Stockholm, Sweden) - Come play Riftbound at this convention!

December

  • 4-6th - PAX Unplugged - Fans will be able to play in Riftbound events and more!
  • 4-6th - Singapore Comiccon - Where there’s a Comiccon, there’s Riftbound.
